A EHW ITALIA est\u00e1 apta a fornecer<\/span> prensas de pellets<\/b> de v\u00e1rios tamanhos especialmente estudadas e projetadas para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de pellets de madeira e biomassa em geral. S\u00e3o fabricados com materiais de alta resist\u00eancia e uma estrutura constru\u00edda em a\u00e7o espesso, conferindo resist\u00eancia e solidez, longa vida \u00fatil e m\u00ednima necessidade de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n

A EHW ITALIA possui prensas de diferentes tamanhos e capacidades: o di\u00e2metro de nossas matrizes come\u00e7a de 420 a 1200 mm., Os motores principais variam de 75 a 630 kW para capacidades de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de 0,8 a 10 Ton\/h.<\/span><\/p>\n

A lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos rolamentos \u00e9 garantida por um circuito interno que funciona mesmo quando a m\u00e1quina est\u00e1 em movimento. As matrizes s\u00e3o fixadas por meio de um sistema com setores remov\u00edveis, permitindo assim uma substitui\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida e f\u00e1cil das pr\u00f3prias matrizes, n\u00e3o necessitando de balanceamento por serem autocentrantes.<\/p>\n
