EHW ITALIA liefert<\/span> Pelletpressen<\/b> in verschiedenen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen, die speziell f\u00fcr die Produktion von Holzpellets und Biomasse im Allgemeinen erdacht und entwickelt wurden. Sie bestehen aus hochbest\u00e4ndigen Materialien und einer Struktur aus dickem Stahl, die Festigkeit und Solidit\u00e4t, lange Lebensdauer und minimalen Wartungsbedarf verleiht.<\/span><\/p>\n

EHW ITALIA verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber Pressen verschiedener Gr\u00f6\u00dfen und Kapazit\u00e4ten: Der Durchmesser unserer Werkzeuge beginnt bei 420 bis 1200 mm. Die Hauptmotoren reichen von 75 bis 630 kW f\u00fcr Produktionskapazit\u00e4ten von 0,8 bis 10 Tonnen\/h.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Schmierung der Lager wird durch einen internen Kreislauf gew\u00e4hrleistet, der auch bei laufender Maschine funktioniert. Die Matrizen werden durch ein System mit herausnehmbaren Sektoren befestigt, was einen schnellen und einfachen Austausch der Matrizen selbst erm\u00f6glicht, der kein Auswuchten erfordert, da sie selbstzentrierend sind.<\/p>\n
